Payment Options

At Paragon Enterprises, Inc., we understand the unpredictability associated with Cash Flow. Therefore, we have set up a number of payment options for our clients to help facilitate their payment of our Invoices in a timely manner... without directly effecting their monthly Cash Flow.

One of the options we offer our clients is the ability to pay with a credit card through PayPal - a global leader in online payment solutions with more than 153 million accounts worldwide. With this option, our client does not have to send us their sensitive credit card information, and our payment is received on time.

The other option we offer is the traditional method of Invoicing with terms. Please see our Payment Terms below if you would rather use this procedure.

Online Payments

One of the options we offer our clients is the ability to pay with a credit card through PayPal - a global leader in online payment solutions with more than 153 million accounts worldwide. With this option, our client does not have to send us their sensitive credit card information, and our payment is received on time.

We have made this option available to our clients for a couple of reasons. The first reason is obvious, and has to do primarily with Cash Flow issues...namely ours. The second is like it, but primarily targets our clients Cash Flow issues. We understand that paying for Drafting Services is not tops on the priority list in most Accounts Payable departments, so we offer this option as a plausible solution for both our client and us.

The process is rather simple, and it works like this:

  • At the end of the month, our Online Payment clients receive an Invoice by email from us through PayPal.

  • Our client then clicks on the link within the email, and accepts the payment of the Invoice by providing the Debit / Credit card information.

  • Then the funds are transferred to our account from yours and the process is complete.

Payment Terms

FYI - When we Invoice, a particular project may not be complete at that time. If this situation occurs, we will bill for the hours that we have worked on that project during the month being invoiced. If the project spans over several months, this same procedure will be followed, and the balance of hours for the completed project will then be billed at the end of the month in which the project was released.
