Needless to say, this company now has full control of those services, costing our clients much more than they were paying us to perform the same task much quicker. Their reason for this was simply put to me as, "the owner of the software company was not making any money from MY profits", so I decided to cut all ties with them, because MY profits are not up for grabs. This was not a hard decision, because their software program was just a tool we used to meet the needs of our clients...the ones who were hurt the most by the limitations we were put under.
