If,
for whatever reason, your company needs Entry Level training
in Microvellum, we can provide this training to you at a reasonable
cost.
The
training we provide is done only at our facilities to ensure uninterrupted
class sessions. The sessions will take a total of three days, but can be
adjusted to your company's needs in terms of days (i.e., you have been
trained before, but only need a brush up in the Toolbox portion of
Microvellum. This may take just two days instead of the recommended
three days).
The
training sessions will cover the Microvellum Toolbox (the AutoCAD portion
of Microvellum), Overdrive Pro (the spreadsheet portion of Microvellum),
Formulas, G-Code, Nesting, Folder Structure, Reports, Drawing Templates,
new part/product creation, Global Variables, Material Files, and much
more. We will create a job from start to finish to simulate the process
your company will encounter on a daily basis.
We
also provide an Extended Service Contract for the first month after your
training to ensure your personnel have a good grasp on what they
learned. This is to help them while they are trying to implement that
training in the CAD department and in the shop. We offer this because we
know how easy it is to learn something in a classroom setting, but
struggle to remember everything we learned when we need to put it into
practice back at our work stations.
The
cost for this training and for the Service Contract can be seen on our
Home Page under the tab labeled Pricing/Costs. If you are not a full
time client, your costs will be a little higher than those who are our
full time clients for obvious reasons, but the training is equally
as intense for both.
